Upphandlingen avser telekommunikationstjänster för ett gemensamt avtal för nedanstående organisationer under en period om sex (6) år: - Gislaveds kommun - Gnosjö kommun - Värnamo kommun - Fastighets AB Järnbäraren. Vaggeryd kommun, Vaggeryds-Skillingaryds Bostads AB (VSBO) och verksamheten Samverkan, Återvinning och Miljö (SÅM) har option på att ingå avtal med vinnande anbudsgivare. Följande objekt omfattas av upphandlingsprojektet: - Kommunikationsplattform(ar) inkl. funktionalitet och fasta telefoner. - Fasta operatörstjänster och mobila operatörstjänster telefoni - Stödverktyg för teleadministration (anknytningsadministration, beställning, leverans, statistik etc.) - Telefonkonferens - Integration mot utvalda affärssystem, i första hand synkronisering av mobil-telefoner mot e-post, telefonkatalog samt kalender. - Förstärkning av mobil täckning med inomhusnät, där så krävs - Implementation - Service och support - Utbildning - Effektiva samverkansformer Följande områden ingår inte: - Mobila terminaler och tillbehör
