Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för tekniska konsulttjänster gällande projektering och utredningar inom områdena väg/gata/mark och VA. Anbud ska lämnas på hela uppdraget (samtliga efterfrågade tjänster och roller inom områdena väg/gata/mark och VA). Beställaren kommer, under förutsättning att tillräckligt många kvalificerade anbud inkommer, teckna ramavtal med tre (3) anbudsgivare.
