Description
Östersunds kommun har ett löpande behov i sina bygg- och anläggningsprojekt att få hjälp och konsultation med Bygg- och Projekteringsledning. Ramavtalen syftar till att vara beställaren behjälplig och resurssätta ledande positioner i investerings- och underhållsprojekt.
Participation requirements
- B. Krav på ekonomisk och finansiell ställning
- F. Krav på teknisk och yrkesmässig kapacitet
- Anbudsgivare kommer att uteslutas om skäl föreligger enligt LOU 13 kap 1 § och/eller 2 § och kan komma att uteslutas om skäl föreligger enligt 13 kap 3 §.
