Säffle kommunkoncern avser upphandla tekniska Konsulttjänster enligt upphandlingsdokument. Upphandlingen avser ramavtal med upp till (4) konsultföretag per delområde, förutsatt att så många godkända anbud kan antas. Upphandlingen är ett s.k.
