GENAB har ett pågående arbete med att implementera Requirements for Generators ( RfG ) och har kommit långt i detta, men behöver stöttning i att fortsatt implementera nätkoderna och de förmågor som behövs i rollen som berörd systemansvarig. Göteborg Energi behöver ett ramavtal med en leverantör av teknisk expertkompetens som kan handleda och utveckla GENABS förmågor kopplat till kraft systemanalys.
