Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal avseende Tekniska konsulter Installationer i byggnader och anläggningar. Leverantören ska vara ett stöd för Beställaren i arbetet, i både mindre och större projekt, genom att bland annat självständigt styra, planera, samordna, utreda och kontrollera arbetet i projekt med direktrapportering till beställaren under såväl tidiga skeden, planering, förstudie, projektering som under genomförandetiden.
