Upphandlingen omfattar ett ramavtal avseende tekniska konsulter inom området bygg och fastighet. Leverantören ska vara ett stöd för beställaren i både mindre och större projekt genom att bland annat styra, planera, utreda och kontrollera arbetet med projekt under såväl förstudie, projektering som under entreprenadtiden.
