Upphandlingen av tekniska konsulter inom bygg och fastighet. Upphandlingen omfattar en organisation med konsulter som stöd för Beställaren i arbetet, i både mindre och större projekt. Uppdrag kan innefatta exempelvis projektering, inventering, utredning, samt framtagande av förfrågningsunderlag, bygghandlingar och relationshandlingar mm. Upphandlingen består av flera anbudsområden enligt följande: Anbudsområde 1 Konsulter med kompetens inom arkitekt, inredningsarkitekt, sakkunnig tillgänglighet, byggnadsingenjör, byggnadskonstruktör, Visualisering 3D och BIM-samordning. Anbudsområde 2 Konsulter med kompetens inom akustik. Anbudsområde 3 Konsulter med kompetens inom storkök. Anbudsområde 4 Skyddsrumssakkunnig konsult Anbudsområde 5 Diplomerad fuktsakkunnig konsult.
