Avtal gällande tekniska konsulttjänster inom området Huvudbesiktningsman för successiva leveranser under avtalsperioden. Leverantören ska tillhandahålla en huvudbesiktningsman vars huvuduppdrag är att besiktiga byggentreprenader samt vid behov skapa en biträdande organisation för besiktning inom områden, angivna i avtalet, om kompetens/resurser inte finns inom det egna företaget.
