Description
Upphandlingen omfattar värdering av olika typer av fastigheter i olika situationer samt ta fram underlag för bedömningar av fastighetsvärden inför köp- och försäljningsprocesser. Uppdragen kan avse samtliga kategorier av fastigheter och nyttjanderätter såsom råmark, byggrätter, exploateringsobjekt, småhus, hyresfastigheter, industrifastigheter, jordbruksfastigheter samt arrenden. Uppdragen kan även gälla marknadsanalyser, analyser av hyres- och arrendenivåer eller fastighetspriser.
