Översiktlig information Upphandling av ramavtal avseende konsulttjänster inom samhällsbyggnadssektorn för utförande av uppdrag av varierande storlek. Upphandlingen innefattar konsultkategori: HUS/BYGGNAD/ANLÄGGNING. Konsulttjänsterna avses att avropas i olika skeden från förstudier, programarbeten och förprojektering till utbyggnadsskedet och besiktning. Beställaren avser att avropa konsulttjänsterna för Hus/byggnad i samband med: · ny-, om-och tillbyggnader, besiktningar/deklarationer samt rivning av byggnader, främst för förvaltningsbyggnader, skolor, förskolor, fritidslokaler, idrottsanläggningar, äldreboenden, omsorgsboenden och bostäder, samt mark och tomtytor i angränsning till dessa.
