Description
1. Inom området Trafik har beställaren behov av att kunna avropa trafikutredningar av olika storlek, komplexitet, omfattning och tidshorisont. Agera uppdragsledare för större utredningar till fördjupade studier av exempelvis trafik- och gatuutformning. Utföra utredningar i samband med framtagande detaljplan eller förstudier inför projektering. 2. Inom området Mobility Management har beställaren behov av att kunna avropa projekt vars syfte är att påverka beteenden och attityder inom transportområdet samt påverka val av transportmedel. Fokus i Mobility management ligger på de mjuka åtgärderna. Där innefattas sådant som exempelvis: information och kommunikation samt koordinering av tjänster och verksamheter. 3. Inom området Strategisk trafikplanering har beställaren behov av att kunna avropa konsultuppdrag vid exempelvis övergripande mobilitetsutredningar och förstudier. Stötta strategiskt arbete med hållbarhet (inklusive social hållbarhet) och infrastrukturutbyggnad. Stötta utredningar kring parkeringsfrågor, på strategisk nivå rörande exempelvis bytespunkter parkerings- och mobilitetsköp samt parkeringsnorm.
