Description
Norway will be the host country for a stand-alone International UN conference in June 2025, where participation is expected from a number of ministers and top managers from around the world. The Internet Governance Forum (IGF) will be the largest UN meeting ever held in Norway. The aim of this procurement is to cover the Ministry's need for technical production for the event. The conference runs over five days and gathers 3000-4000 physical participants and equivalent number of digital participants from all over the world. The event will be led by the Ministry of Digitisation and Management (DFD), and is a joint project between DFD, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (FOREIGN MINISTRY), the Ministry of Industry and Fisheries (NFD) and the Ministry of Culture and Equality (KUD). The procurement concerns planning, rigging and implementation of technical production for the event. This includes sound, lighting, stage, AV, camera production, stream and technical manpower. The tenderer shall be responsible for the complete technical production in connection with the event.
