Description
Eigersund municipality shall construct a new nursing home for 60 short and long term places at Lagård. The planning and engineering design period is estimated to last for 2025 and 2026, and then 2 years construction time. The draft project work in cooperation with the architect shall be completed during August/September 2025.A decision has been made that the contract form shall be an execution contract with NS3420 descriptions for all technical disciplines. This competition is for the procurement of technical consultants to detailed engineering design services and to prepare tender descriptions for the mentioned disciplines. Separate competitions will be announced for other technical disciplines. The municipality has framework agreements that will be used for ARK/IARK and RIV.
