Description

The contract aims to provide support to the Ministry of Environment, Sustainable Development and Northern Region Development as the key institution, along with other relevant national stakeholders, in the preparation of high-quality infrastructure project documentation in the environmental sector, contributing to improved maturity of the Environment and Climate Change Project Pipeline. This support will be aligned with national regulations governing environmental planning and construction, as well as relevant EU standards and sectoral policies. The project will deliver a comprehensive package of preparatory activities, including assessments of project relevance and maturity (gap assessments), preparation of technical documentation (such as feasibility studies and designs), development of tender dossiers, and support in drafting Operation Identification Sheets (OISs) and applications for major projects where applicable.
