Description
This project aims both to enhance Türkiye’s digital transformation policy ecosystem and its alignment with EU, and also to improve the digital technology, innovation and adoption capabilities of the sectors. Within the scope of the project, technology users and providers, primarily within the manufacturing and health sectors, and relevant public institutions and NGOs will be targeted. Digital transformation pathways will be defined and applied, related capacities will be enhanced by the Contractor. To realize project’s purposes, the project has been designed under two components. Under the first component, Policy and Strategy, initially current state of the digital transformation policy and strategy will be analysed on national and global level. Later on, a governance model with implementation framework, digital transformation policies, strategy and roadmaps which are integrated with EU policies, will be developed to guide digital transformation of Türkiye. Moreover, disaster resilience plans against pandemics and natural disasters integrating the use of digital technologies will be prepared.
