Description
This contract involves the assessment of the establishment of National Access Points (NAPs) and National Bodies in Regional Partners in line with the ITS Directive Directive 2010/40/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 July 2010 on the framework for the deployment of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) in the field of road transport and for interfaces with other modes of transport, as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2661 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 November 2023 and its associated Delegated Regulations. Key tasks include defining the most suitable NAP types for each Regional Partner, specifying data categories, proposing a National Body model, developing a step-by-step implementation roadmap, and providing capacity-building initiatives.
