Description
Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskuse (edaspidi Hankija) eesmärk on ehitada Tartu riigikaitsemaja, mis on mõeldud erinevatele Kaitseministeeriumi valitsemisalas tegutsevatele üksustele. Hoone kasutajateks saavad põhiliselt Kaitseväe, Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskuse ja Kaitseressursside Ameti kasutajad. Rajatav hoone jaguneb kaheks osaks funktsioonide järgi, milleks on kontori- ja majutusruumid. Hoone tuleb lahendada ühe tervikliku mahuna vastavalt Raadi linnaosas asuva riigikaitsemaa detailplaneeringu nõuetele, arvestades sh võimalikult paljude energiatõhusate lahendustega. Hankija korraldab projekteerimise ja ehitamise hanke kasutades allianss mudelit.
