Description
Tartu linna lasteaedadele Ristikhein, Annike, Kivike, Poku, Mõmmik ja Tripsik toitlustusteenuse ostmine. Hankija annab lasteaedade köögiruumid tasuta kasutusse, ruumide kasutaja (toitlustaja) tasub kommunaalkulud. Lepinguprojektides on sätestatud täpsemalt ruumide kasutaja kohustused. Ruumide kasutaja (toitlustaja) kohustub toitlustama lasteaia lapsi ja töötajaid vastavalt vastavas osas lepingus ja selle lisas 1 "Tehniline kirjeldus" sätestatud tingimustele. Hankija poolt on kehtestatud toidukulu päevamaksumus, pakkujad hinda ei paku.
