Description
Tämä on ennakkotietoilmoitus suunnitellusta kilpailutuksesta, joka koskee Espoon kaupungin Tapiolasaliin hankittavaa äänentoistojärjestelmää. Tämän ilmoituksen tarkoitus on hankintalain (1397/2016) 57 §:n 2 momentin mukainen määräaikojen lyhentäminen; ilmoitus on pelkkä ennakkotieto tulevasta kilpailutuksesta. Tällä ilmoituksella ei pyydetä osallistumishakemuksia tai tarjouksia. Ilmoituksella esitetyt tiedot ovat alustavia ja saattavat muuttua kilpailutuksen valmistelun aikana. Sopimukseen mukaan lähtevät tahot ilmoitetaan tarkemmin varsinaisessa tarjouspyynnössä. Tämän hetkisen arvioidun aikataulun mukaan tarjouspyyntö julkaistaan elokuussa 2026. Sopimuskausi on suunniteltu alkavaksi heti kun hankintapäätös on saanut lainvoiman ja sopimus on allekirjoitettu. Hankintaan valitaan yksi Toimittaja ja yksi varatoimittaja.
