Hankinnan kohteena on tapahtumatoimistopalvelut. Tarkoituksena on saada tapahtumien osalta kokonaisvaltainen palvelu yhdeltä Toimittajalta ja edistää kumppanuutta niin, että Toimittaja on mukana yhdessä Veikkauksen muiden yhteistyökumppanien ja sisäisten toimintojen kanssa tekemässä Veikkauksen markkinointiviestinnän vastuullisuusperiaatteiden, brändin, arvojen sekä eri liiketoimintaryhmien tavoitteiden mukaisia tapahtumakokonaisuuksia tuleville vuosille. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, varsinkin liitteessä 1 Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus.
