Västtrafik söker en leverantör som ska hjälpa oss med att hitta morgondagens unga talanger till vår IT- och utvecklingsverksamhet. Vi söker en leverantör som ska utveckla och genomföra ett talangprogram, i syfte att långsiktigt säkra kompetensförsörjningen för digital kompetens. Västtrafik planerar att under avtalstiden genomföra ett talangprogram per år. Tjänsten avser en komplett tjänst där alla delar av talangprogrammet ingår
