Upphandlingen omfattar tågresor med avgångar i Sverige till destination i Sverige, tex resa mellan Stockholm - Göteborg och ska tillgodose upphandlande myndigheters behov av inrikes tågresor.  Upphandlingen omfattar samtliga tågsträckor anbudsgivaren har i sitt offentliga sortiment under ramavtalsperioden som avser inrikesresor samt eventuella säsongskort, periodkort, klippkort, pendlarkort.  *Delar som trafikeras av tredje part (tex. länstrafiksträcka) räknas inte till det offentliga sortimentet.
