Hange on välja kuulutatud kooskõlas Elektrituruseaduse § 71 lõikega 11, mille kohaselt hankija ostab määratud tarnega kokkulepitud koguse taastuvatest energiaallikatest toodetud elektrienergiat igaks kauplemisperioodiks (üks tund) kuni 7 MWh (kauplemisperiood tund korral).
