Description
Stadsmiljöavdelningen har idag ett befintligt IT-system för handläggning av tillstånd för trafikanordningsplaner, grävtillstånd och markupplåtelse. Sedan befintligt system upphandlades har förutsättningarna gällande systembild på förvaltningen förändrats. Genom införandet av ny verksamhetsplattform på förvaltningen ges tillgång till ArcGis-tjänster och moduler som stödjer hantering av geografiska data och ger förutsättningar för att nyttja fördelar med en gemensam datastruktur och GIS-tjänster som kan utbyta data med varandra. Systemstöd som ersätter nuvarande system ska bidra till en effektiv process med minst likvärdig funktion som dagens IT-lösning, men om möjligt bidra till snabbare ärendehantering och förbättrad kvalitet i handläggningen, till nytta för kund såväl som verksamhet. För att i samband med att avtal för befintligt system behöver förnyas vill avdelningen definiera vilken IT-lösning som bäst stödjer verksamhetens behov.
