Description
Utthandlingen avser ett systemstöd för Norrköpings kommuns bolagskocerns rapportering och utveckling av hållbarhetsarbete enl CSRD-ESRS. Norrköping Rådhus AB ska hållbarhetsrapportera på koncernnivå från och med räkenskapsåret 2025. Enligt CSRD ska hållbarhetsrapporten alltid utgöra en del av förvaltningsberättelsen, det vill säga en del av årsredovisningen. Det betyder att hållbarhetsrapporteringen ska granskas av auktoriserad revisor. För att de 10 dotterbolagen ska kunna rapportera på ett enhetligt och effektivt sätt samt för att underlätta urval av indikatorer avser Norrköping Rådhus AB att upphandla ett systemstöd/rapporteringsverktyg som stödjer CSRD-rapportering inkl utvecklingsarbete. Med ett sådant verktyg kan även rapporteringens resultat visualiseras exempelvis på kommunens webb på ett enkelt sätt. Systemet ska införas i bolagskoncernen med början under hösten 2024. Det går att rapportera enligt CSRD för räkenskapsåret 2024 senast under Q1 2025. Målet är att samtliga dotterbolag ska använda systemet.
