Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ett avtal med leverantörer som kan täcka det behov som Länsstyrelsen har av licens, support och utveckling av systemstöd för lönegaranti handläggning. Ansvaret för utbetalningar av lönegaranti har flyttats från Länsstyrelsen till Skatteverket. Länsstyrelsen har ändå behov av att avsluta uppstartade ärenden. Avtalet ska täcka Länsstyrelsens behov under den avslutande perioden. Avtalet ska vara möjligt att skala ner under avtalstiden.
