Uppsala kommun har tidigare genomfört en medarbetarundersökning i egen regi och ska inför 2026 upphandla en extern expertkompetens inom området. Leverantören ska kunna erbjuda ett systemstöd för att genomföra medarbetarundersökningen och ta fram rapporter, analys och olika verktyg och hjälpmedel kopplat till en medarbetarundersökning.
