Description
Norrköpings kommuns upphandlings- och inköpsenhet genomför denna upphandling av Systemstöd för ärende-/felhantering och driftövervakning på uppdrag åt kommunens Samhällsbyggnadskontor. Systemet ska vara ett färdigutvecklat standardsystem på marknaden och ska levereras som en molntjänst (SaaS). Upphandlingen genomförs som ett förhandlat förfarande. Denna annons avser ansökningsinbjudan (Steg 1) för att i nästa Steg 2 bjuda in kvalificerade leverantörer att lämna anbud. Nuläge Samhällsbyggnadskontoret i Norrköpings kommun hanterar omkring 30 000 ärenden per år, dessa utgörs av felanmälningar och synpunkter, larm från anläggningar exempelvis parkeringsautomater. Vi hanterar också styr- och reglerutrustning, belysning, trafiksignal samt parkeringsledningssystem. I dag har vi flera olika leverantörer av system och en hög kostnad för dem. Kommunen har ca 350 användare som arbetar aktivt i vårt nuvarande system. Majoriteten av användarna är anställda på Samhällsbyggnadskontoret, en del är entreprenörer som utför uppdrag åt kontoret, vissa användare är anställda på andra kommunala kontor.
