Description
Le système d'acquisition dynamique a pour objet de présélectionner des opérateurs économiques qui seront consultés dans le cadre de mises en concurrence ultérieures en vue de l'attribution de marchés dénommés « marchés spécifiques » aux candidats ayant présenté les meilleures offres. Conformément à l'article L.2125-1, 4° du Code de la commande publique, Clermont Auvergne Métropole met en place un système d'acquisition dynamique afin de répondre de manière souple et performante à ses besoins récurrents en matière d'acquisition de véhicules, engins et matériels, neufs ou d'occasion. La date limite de réception des candidatures pour la première phase d'admission est fixée au 02/11/2026 à 12h00. Les opérateurs économiques demeurent toutefois libres de solliciter leur admission au système pendant toute sa durée de validité. Seuls les opérateurs économiques dont la candidature a été admise dans le cadre du système d'acquisition dynamique peuvent participer aux consultations relatives aux marchés spécifiques. Les exigences minimales de participation sont précisées dans le règlement de la consultation.
