Description
NPE and Helseklage deal with compensation claims from patients who believe they have suffered an injury after treatment failures in the health service. If the patient is entitled to compensation, this shall be calculated. In order to calculate the compensation, there is a need for a programme that makes the mathematical calculations for the different compensation items. The entities have used Compensatio provided by Jussystem AS as system support since approx. 1998 and has now decided to tender the need.
