Description
IT-stöd för mätning av bland annat indikatorer utifrån primärvårdskavalitet och som på ett samlat sätt ger regionen möjlighet att för primärvården analysera för PrimärvårdsKvalitets nationella kvalitetsindikatorer enligt kvalitetsindikatorkatalogen Indikatorbeskrivningar - KIK (kvalitetsindikatorkatalog.se). Systemet ska extrahera information från flera datakällor där regionens gemensamma journalsystem - Cambio Cosmic - kommer att vara den primära datakällan. Systemet ska vara ett stöd för kvalitetsarbete i primärvården och omfattar kvalitetsindikatorer samt tekniska lösningar som gör det enkelt att få ut kvalitetsdata om patienter, sjukdomsgrupper och verksamheten automatiskt.
