Description
Vänersborgs kommun bjuder in till anbudsgivning avseende IT-stöd för hantering av bemanningsplanering, schemaläggning och vikarierekrytering inom Socialförvaltningen. Syftet med denna upphandling är att förbättra verksamhetens effektivitet och kvalitet, samt att erbjuda personalen möjlighet till utökade tjänstgöringsgrader. Genom att implementera ett modernt och användarvänligt IT-stöd strävar kommunen efter att optimera resursanvändningen, minska administrativa bördor och säkerställa att rätt kompetens finns tillgänglig vid rätt tidpunkt.
