Region Värmland (regionen) genomför denna upphandling som avser System för avrop av hyrpersonal med beskrivning i upphandlingsdokumenten. Leverantörens ska leverera en SaaS-tjänst. Upphandlingen omfattar bland annat: · installation, intrimning och provning av aktuellt IT-system till fullt driftfärdigt skick · Drift, service- och support · Dokumentation · Utbildning · Utveckling av systemet Behov Regionen behöver ett system anpassat för avrop av hyrpersonal där det är enkelt att avropa och se svar från bolagen. Regionens verksamheten kommer ha tillgång till systemet och kan då direkt se vilka kandidater som bolaget presenterat. Avropsfunktionen ska enkelt kunna alla avrop av hyrpersonal på ett sätt som överensstämmer med lagstiftningen och personuppgifter GDPR-säkrade. I och med den nationella upphandlingen av hyrpersonal behöver regionen ett (1) system anpassat för att avropa personal då det kommer finnas utvärderingskriterier för vilket bolag som ska tilldelas uppdraget. Då det även underlättar för leverantörerna med ett system som är anpassat för hyrpersonal kan vi öka möjligheten att få fler svar på våra avrop.
