Description
Upphandlingen avser nyetablering av system för akutlarm, patientsignal och bråklarm samt drift och underhåll av under avtalet etablerade system, inkluderande den hård- och mjukvara samt de konfigurationer och licenser som är nödvändiga för lösningen. Nyetableringar kan innefatta både lokala och centrala lösningar. Region Västmanland har ett behov av att nyetablera akutlarm, patientsignalsystem och bråklarm i samband med ändrade och/eller nya behov samt funktioner i befintliga lokaler, vid renovering eller vid nybyggnation. Upphandlingen omfattar även nödvändiga tjänster som bland annat installation, teknisk driftsättning, efterföljande service, support och underhåll samt utbildning. Det ska även finnas möjlighet att vidareutveckla och komplettera under avtalet installerade lösningar. Patientsignalsystem, akutlarm och bråklarm är kritiska system i regionens verksamheter och används dagligen av patienter och vårdens medarbetare. Det är höga krav på robusthet, tillgänglighet och säkerhet för att säkerställa patientsäkerheten. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i två delområden: 1. Akutlarm 2. Patientsignal och bråklarm
