Description
ZonMw is voornemens om in januari 2026 een aanbesteding te publiceren met als doel het afsluiten van een overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor de aanschaf, implementatie en het technisch applicatiebeheer en onderhoud van een SAAS-gebaseerd Professional Services Automation (PSA)-systeem ter ondersteuning van de volgende processen: • Personele capaciteitsbegroting en planning; • Tijdschrijven; • Contractmanagement; • Inkoop van inkooporder tot en met betalen facturen; • Verkoop van diensten van het vastleggen van de afspraak tot en met het factureren van deze dienstverlening en de bijbehorende incasso; • Financiële administratie van zowel het exploitatiegedeelte als de subsidie programma/projectuitvoering; • Financieel beheren van en rapporteren over subsidieprogramma’s/projecten • Financieel beheren van en rapporteren over interne projecten. De opdracht bestaat uit de volgende 4 onderdelen: 1. Leveren van licenties gedurende de gedefinieerde contractperiode voor een SAAS gebaseerde PSA-applicatie.
