Το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή του συνόλου των υπηρεσιών συντήρησης και υποστήριξης, που αφορούν στο σύνολο των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών και κτηριακών εγκαταστάσεων, του επί της οδού Ανδρέα Παπανδρέου 37 στο Μαρούσι, κτηρίου που στεγάζει τις διοικητικές υπηρεσίες του Υπουργείου Παιδείας, Θρησκευμάτων και Αθλητισμού στο Μαρούσι, συμπεριλαμβανομένου και του περιβάλλοντα χώρου, έτσι ώστε να εξασφαλίζονται οι όροι για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία των υπηρεσιών του. Ενδεικτικά αναγράφονται: (α) οι κτηριακές εγκαταστάσεις του κτηρίου: • ο περιβάλλων χώρος με τις φυτεμένες εκτάσεις του, τα θυρωρεία και την περίφραξη • οι είσοδοι, έξοδοι του κτηρίου, οι μεταλλικές αψίδες/κατασκευές τους και οι χώροι ελέγχου • το υπόγειο, το ισόγειο, τα αίθρια, όλοι οι όροφοι και το δώμα • οι χώροι στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων • οι αποθήκες (β) οι ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εγκαταστάσεις, δίκτυα και συστήματα: θέρμανσης, κλιματισμού, αερισμού, BMS, φωτισμού, ύδρευσης, αποχέτευσης, φυσικού αερίου, επεξεργασίας νερού, πυρανίχνευσης και πυρόσβεσης, υποσταθμού μέσης τάσης, διανομής χαμηλής τάσης, εφεδρικής παραγωγής ηλ. ισχύος (ηλεκτροπαραγωγό ζεύγος, UPS), ασφαλείας και παρακολούθησης, μεγαφωνικών εγκαταστάσεων και…
