Η προς ανάθεση σύμβαση αφορά στην παραχώρηση εκ μέρους του Οργανισμού Μεγάρου Μουσικής Αθηνών υπηρεσιών λειτουργίας και διαχείρισης των χώρων εστίασης και των βοηθητικών χώρων του Μεγάρου Μουσικής Αθηνών, όπως οι εγκαταστάσεις περιγράφονται αναλυτικά σε Παράρτημα της Διακήρυξης καθώς και στο δικαίωμα εκμετάλλευσης των ως άνω υπηρεσιών. Παράλληλα, ο Οργανισμός θα λαμβάνει οικονομικό αντάλλαγμα από τον παραχωρησιούχο.
