Description
Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Pohde) pyytää omasta ja yhteistyöalueen yksiköiden puolesta tarjoustanne Sydämentahdistimista (tarvikkeineen) tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Yhteistyöalueeseen kuuluvat Pohteen lisäksi Kainuun, Lapin sekä Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueet. Tarjoaja sitoutuu tarjouksen jättäessään kaikkiin tämän tarjouspyynnön eri osioissa esitettyihin ehtoihin. Hankintakauden voimassaolo on 1.10.2024 - 30.9.2026, jonka jälkeen on mahdollisuus 1 + 1 optiovuoteen.
