Description
The procurement shall ensure a future orientated switchboard and contact centre system. The system shall contribute to SSiE achieving its strategic goal of being a 24 hour government service centre by 2025. The estimated value of the contract including options is from NOK 12,000,000 to NOK 18,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is based on historical figures and the expected development with new functionality and a 24 hour government service centre. The contract will be valid for 3 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1+1+1 year, total up to 6 years.
