1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi wykonywania przeglądów technicznych aparatury i urządzeń medycznych przez okres 24 miesięcy zgodnie z Formularzem Cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ i projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy stanowiącymi Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Miejsce realizacji zamówienia: Regionalny Szpital Specjalistyczny im. dr. Władysława Biegańskiego, ul. L. Rydygiera 15/17, 86-300 Grudziądz 3.
