Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi serwisu, przeglądu i napraw sprzętu medycznego zainstalowanego w Szpitalu Praskim p.w. Przemienienia Pańskiego Sp. z o. o. w Warszawie. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 30 części i polega na świadczenie usługi serwisu, przeglądu i napraw sprzętu medycznego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, podział rodzajowo - ilościowy oraz wymagania realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w następujących załącznikach do SWZ: Formularz cenowy – Załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ, stanowiący integralną część Załącznika nr 1 do SWZ (Formularz ofertowy), Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia), Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ (Wykaz sprzętu) oraz Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ (projekty umów) – w zależności od części zamówienia).
