1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych wytwarzanych na terenie gminy Bieruń: - na terenie nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy; - na terenie nieruchomości, na których nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy, a powstają odpady komunalne; - odpadów zbieranych w Punktach Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych Szacowana ilość odpadów do zagospodarowania w okresie realizacji zamówienia została określona na podstawie danych z lat poprzednich i wynosi 6 886,10 Mg.
