Description

1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest świadczenie usług w zakresie przeglądów okresowych aparatury i sprzętu medycznego dla Szpitala Wojewódzkiego im. Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Łomży, zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia zawartym w Załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wszystkie niezbędne czynności wymagane w celu dopuszczenia sprzętu medycznego do dalszego użytkowania zgodnie z zaleceniami producenta sprzętu wynikających z przepisów bhp, przeglądów zapewniających sprawną i bezpieczną eksploatację aparatury i sprzętu medycznego oraz zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 07.04.2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (Dz.U. 2024 poz. 1620) w szczególności: utrzymanie sprawności techniczno – eksploatacyjnej sprzętu objętego niniejszym zamówieniem, konserwację i zachowanie gotowości eksploatacyjnej, przeprowadzanie pogwarancyjnych przeglądów okresowych i kontroli stanu technicznego sprzętu medycznego, aktualizacji oprogramowania, regulacji, kalibracji, wzorcowań, sprawdzeń lub kontroli bezpieczeństwa – które zgodnie z instrukcją używania wyrobu nie mogą być wykonane przez użytkownika, prowadzenie paszportów technicznych sprzętu medycznego tj. wprowadzanie każdorazowo wpisu o wyk…
