Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług utrzymania czystości w Szpitalu Miejskim w Siemianowicach Śląskich Sp. z o.o., w szczególności wykonywanie czynności porządkowych i pomocniczych. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo określony w : a)Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 11 do SWZ; b)Projektowanych postanowieniach umownych zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 4 do SWZ; c)Wykazie stref sanitarnych zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 12 do SWZ; d)Metrażu pomieszczeń zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 13 do SWZ;
