Description
Vantaan kaupunki järjestää tarjouskilpailun suunnittelu- ja asiantuntijapalveluiden hankinnasta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Tilaaja ei sitoudu sopimuskauden aikana tiettyihin hankintamääriin. Arvioidut vuotuiset tilausmäärät on esitetty tarjouspyynnössä osioittain kohdassa II.2 "Kuvaus". Määrät saattavat vaihdella suuresti vuosittain riippuen suunnittelutarpeista ja suunnitteluun varatuista vuotuisista määrärahoista. Hankintoja voivat tehdä Vantaan kaupungin kaikki toimialat. Tällä samalla kilpailutuksella tehdään erillinen sopimus Helsingin seudun ympäristöpalvelut -kuntayhtymälle. Helsingin seudun ympäristöpalvelut -kuntayhtymä tekee hankinnasta oman hankintapäätöksen.
