Description

Izgradnja Uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda aglomeracije Donja Dubrava (za dio područja Grada Preloga, te područja općina Sveta Marija, Donji Vidovec, Donja Dubrava i Kotoriba) kapaciteta 13.000 ES, III. stupanj pročišćavanja. Radovi će se izvršavati po uvjetima FIDIC Žute knjige, osim odredbi koje su izmijenjene Knjigom 2 (Ugovorna dokumentacija). Radovi u okviru ovog ugovora se sastoje od: (1) projektiranja (idejni projekt – izmjena/dopuna ako je nužno, glavni projekt, izvedbeni projekt, projekt izvedenog stanja) (2) ishođenja odobrenja i dozvola (3) izgradnja Uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda (4) puštanje Uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda u pogon (5) obuke osoblja Naručitelja (6) dokazivanja traženih parametara u pokusnom radu i tijekom testova po dovršetku, i (7) otklanjanja nedostataka tijekom Razdoblja odgovornosti za nedostatke.
