Description
Eslövs kommun har sedan flera år en icke-exklusiv nyttjanderätt (licens) till verksamhetssystemet Edlevo, tidigare benämnt Procapita och ett stort antal av dess moduler. Edlevo används inom hela Eslöv kommuns barn- och utbildningsverksamhet och omfattar ett stort antal funktioner innefattande bl.a. schemaläggning och närvarorapportering för förskola, betygsadministration, hantering av köer m.m.. Systemet är ett centralt verktyg för att kunna bedriva den verksamhet som förvaltningen ansvarar för. Inom ramen för avtalet med Edlevo ingår underhåll, support och vidareutveckling av funktioner som ingår i avtalet. Ett support och underhållsavtal har till syfte att säkerställa att systemet ska fungera så avvikelsefritt som möjligt. Nyttjanderätten av Edlevo är inte tidsbegränsad. För att systemet ska fungera på ett ändamålsenligt sätt krävs löpande support, underhåll och vidareutveckling vilket medför att Eslövs kommun har behov av att ingå ett avtal för dessa tjänster.
