Nässjö Affärsverk AB äger sedan tidigare licenser till affärssystemet BFUS. Denna upphandling avser support, underhåll och vidareutveckling. Med stöd av 6 kap 14 § LOU bedömer Nässjö Affärsverk AB att kontraktet avser tjänster som på grund av tekniska skäl endast kan tillhandahållas och utföras av en viss leverantör. Med denna annons om förhandsinsyn meddelar Nässjö Affärsverk AB sin avsikt att efter genomförande av förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering tilldela CGI Sverige AB kontrakt för underhåll, support och vidareutveckling av affärssystemet BFUS. Kontrakt kommer att tecknas tidigast 10 dagar efter publiceringen av denna annons.
