Description
JRC intends to sign a framework contract for ordering support services to its operational/scientific activities which can be categorised into 3 lots: - The first category (Lot 1) includes cleaning services and supporting activities in the process of the production– with the use of technical installations in accordance with the instructions of non-nuclear reference materials, as well as the packing, storage and shipping to the customers of those materials. - The second category (Lot 2) comprises tasks connected to the order management and customer support (preparing offers, orders, invoices, giving customer support) as well as maintenance of customer and material data. - The third category (Lot 3) comprises logistic support for the preparation, storage, transport, sale, accountability and archiving of nuclear isotopic reference materials. As the requirements of the three categories differ, three different lots are foreseen which will result in 3 individual contracts.
